β
Normal
Blood count, thyroid, kidney, fasting glucose, testosterone (340 β low-normal for 28M)
π‘ My Theory
Running a 1,284 kcal daily deficit with intense exercise. Suspect over-training + under-recovering is causing the high CK, elevated liver enzymes, high ferritin and hsCRP. Reducing deficit to 500 and cutting exercise volume.
π Started
Fish oil, Berberine, Milk Thistle, Magnesium, B12, D3 60K weekly, Spirulina
β My Questions
1. CK of 9,000+ from exercise alone β anyone experienced this?
2. HDL 29 at 28 β reversed naturally? What worked?
3. Is everything connected to over-training or should I investigate further?
4. Supplement stack reasonable or overkill?
Seeing a doctor soon. Just want community experiences. Thanks π
