Reports inquiry

In general how long does it take to have an action done on your report. I have 2 reports on my account with about 2100 deliveries I’ve done so far. Yesterday someone claimed they didn’t get their whole order and two weeks ago the same thing. I submitted reports on both and it says my account it at risk. How long if ever does it take for someone to review the reports? What usually is the turnaround time for someone to take action on them.
