did i break my finger?

22, female, 5'5 145lb

the tip of my left index finger, starting at the joint furthest from the knuckle, feels tingly and is starting to feel sore. its been getting worse and worse over the past week. if i play guitar it feels tingly, i went to flush the toilet with that finger just now and there was a lot of tingles that shot down my entire finger, its throbbing and a little bit sore now, thats why i think it needs medical attention

so ive been working on building a bench, and some stuff for my garden. ive been having to build frequently. i went to go hammer and struck some part of my wrist on the side of my hand that made my entire hand go completely numb for a bit. ive also been hammering and occasionally missing the nail and hammering my finger, as one does.

did i break it?
