Been locked out of my pro account AGAIN!

I do all video editing for both mine and my wife's social media [we have 700k followers] and yet again for no reason what so ever i capcut logged me out and when trying to log back in [using the sign in with tiktok option] it then asks me to sign up .....been a paying member for 2 years now. Reached out to support [joke] which tells me i have tried to sign in too many times, ummm it should not matter if my credentials are correct. Told me im blocked for 5 days!

How is this legal and fair? if you pay for a service how can you be blocked from using said service? I never sign out of my accounts either on tiktok or otherwise so this should not be happening!

Tempted to go the pirate way but i use it across my iPhone and mac and its just easier!
