Reality Check

Hi everybody, I’m looking for some external perspective and advice on where I stand in this career field. I just graduated from college and I took an offer at a really early stage startup for $100k base. I did 1 very subpar internship for a nontech company outside of the US, my school isn’t a target school it’s technically T20 but really not all that prestigious, had a few side projects. I applied to hundreds of jobs, had a handful of interviews, and some final rounds but only this offer. My question is, with how “cooked” this job market is, is the level of effort that I put in relative to the offer normal, subpar, or good?
