Yearbook/Quotebook help

Hi guys, so my best friend (who is a year older than me), is graduating on about 2-3 months and a couple friends and I-including him-have a quote book where we collect out of pocket things, and i really want to create a book thats all of these quotes because, the graduating year group is already getting a yearbook, i want an idea for what to make for my quote book if this makes sense.
