I'm Pregnant with #2!!!

I just found out im pregnant with my second baby!!! Im genuinely shocked but so elated and excited!!! We weren't trying and my medication should've prevented a pregnancy (im diabetic and the meds i was on cause damage to the fetus if continued in pregnancy, which should've resulted in a miscarriages or what I would've assumed is a period).

As a mom of an 18 month old now, he'll just turn 2 when baby should be arriving barring anything urgent.

Do any mom's or dad's have advice for me on how to prepare myself and my kiddo for a new little one? I'm currently a sahm who works in the evenings part time.
