Should I report him to college?

My ex and I broke up, I realized I was in a trauma bond relationship with him after 2.5 years continued staying with him despite him forcing me to perform oral on him when I kept saying no to him several times and he crossed many sexual boundaries where he tried inserting his penis inside of me without a condom, I forgot about this incident as my brain tried blocking it for me, when I found out he was cheating on me all those flashbacks of the sexual assault came rushing back. I have lost so much weight and I tried committing suicide. He is blackmailing me to not report him to his college and he is threatening to contact my college and expose me, and he tried switching on the fact that I raped him and is telling my friends that I was the one who raped him. Idk what to do?
