Crushing pills - safe?

Hello, (22F). Sorry if my question sounds dumb. I have severe dysphagia, I can’t even swallow food sometimes and only can eat certain consistency and textures. So pills are a no-no to me. I cannot swallow pills no matter how small they are.

Even water I struggle with it, it’s not an anxiety thing either there’s an obstruction they saw on my MRI & ct scan regarding my esophagus.

So my question is, can I safely crush visanne (dienogest)? I need to start it today but I’m scared it causes like severe side effects like a severe headache or mood swings, the usual side effects of visanne but just 10x worse
