Hit the 10 loan conventional cap. How do I keep scaling my rental portfolio?

I’ve been building up a portfolio of long-term rentals over the last few years using conventional financing. I just hit my 10th loan and my lender told me fannie mae limits mean they can’t do any more for me. For those who scaled past 10, what financing route did you switch to?
