Cube Attain C:62 sizing help - 169cm height / 72cm inseam

I’m 169 cm (approx. 5'6.5") tall with an inseam of 72 cm. The website recommends the 53 cm frame, but looking at the geometry charts, I'm torn between the 50 and the 53 cm.

Unfortunately, I don't currently own a bike, so I don't have anything to use as a reference. Any help would be appreciated!"
