Does FIFA customer service actually read the questions submitted via their webform?

Trying to reach FIFA ticket customer service because the ticket I transferred to my brother appears in his account but as unusable because it is still under my name. It no longer appears in my account for me to cancel the transfer and re-try.

I submitted a concern/question via the webform on the Fifa ticketing site:

I got an automated reply showing a list of FAQ's, but there is no indication as to whether someone will actually read my message and get back to me.

Has anyone had FIFA respond to a question posted through the webform?
