IMAP to Office 365 Migration Under $5 Per Mailbox – Any Reliable Option?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently planning an IMAP to Office 365 migration for around 20 user accounts. Most migration tools I've checked are either too expensive or charge per mailbox, which quickly increases the overall cost.

My main concerns are:

• Keeping the cost under $5 per mailbox/account
• Migrating emails with folder structure intact
• Avoiding data loss or duplicate items
• Simple setup without requiring advanced technical skills

Has anyone recently used an affordable IMAP to Microsoft 365 migration tool that actually works?

While searching, I came across the Cigati IMAP Backup Tool. It seems to support direct IMAP to Office 365 migration, selective mailbox transfer, and batch processing at a reasonable price. I'm considering trying it but would like to hear real experiences before purchasing.

Any recommendations or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks!
