I need help with gen perks on killer

I like to have longer matches so 1 and can get more blood points and 2 I can have fun and try and spook people but I dont want to just lock down the gens. I main doctor wraith spring trap ghost face my goal is to slow down the gens some times I take thano but then they all give up so maybe its a toxic perk? Idk i want to be fair but some times all people do is hide and tell there discord buddy's where i am or take crazy meta gen builds so im looking for ways to deal with that with out taking over the game
