what suicid method hurt the least?

my life is just so fucked up and everything about me sucks. My social life sucks, I barely have any friends, I couldn't even start a conversation, my dental health sucks, I might have BPD cause I go into extreme efforts to prevent separation from my best friend ( we're an upcoming 1st year college ). But, he probably hates me now, he's not the way he's like used to be, he used to talk to me almost the whole day, always hangs out with me, always checks on me. Now, he always leave me on delivered on hours, and when he does reply me, he gives very short and cold ones, and he doesn't go when I ask him to hangout. Fuck.
