Help with drink packages/ordering drinks

Hey guys. We are a family of 4 and have just booked our first cruise to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary.
I have a question about ordering drinks at the bars and around the pool etc. My wife and I have bought the premium drinks package and the kids will have some sort of package but haven’t worked this out yet. We are unclear as to how this works when ordering drinks.
Can 1 person from the party go to the bar and order drinks for the entire family if we have each card or does each member have to go and order their own drinks to make sure there is no package sharing going on?
It seems like it would be quite inconvenient to all have to go and individually order our own drinks.
