Ad account

Hi there, I’m trying to set up ads on my new TikTok shop but I keep getting this error message when I enter my details: ‘this account already has the payment option selected’.

Does anyone know how to resolve it? There aren’t any details on the account except an account to pay sales into and I can’t delete this without putting another account in its place. Any help appreciated!
