PCS if I make rank (reworded repost)

The base I’m at has 4 day work weeks, leadership that lets you take days if needed without using leave, no troops, can gym at anytime, no additional duties, attend any medical appointments without repercussions, no deployments, and a total of about 30 mins of work per day. Blessed to be in this situation. My position is slotted for my current rank. If I make rank I’ll be PCSing no matter what. Is it worth it to make rank knowing it will cause a PCS giving up a dream spot for career advancement or is it smarter to coast until retirement with no stress. I can overachieve if I choose or I can choose to not play the game and relax and focus on family. I’ve been NCOIC at my last base for 3 years with superior performance. What would you do in this scenario? Just getting peoples opinions on what they would do if in the same situation.
