Is cheating normalized in mongolia?

Is it normal to have a sexual partner outside relationship in mongolia or is it js my circle? Seriously, my friend cheated on his ex (twice with diff people) bcs they had a toxic relationship and instead of breaking up, he would js find someone online. Now my hg is also in an unhappy relationship and recently met some guy and was bullshitting that she wants to fuck him without breaking up her bf js for the thrill(which was a hard no from me, and finally she's breaking up). Also heard multiple stories from my friends about some guys having multiple flings even when engaged or how people used to sleep around during relationship even back in highschool.

Now I'm questioning if I should even date or marry a Mongolian.

Anyways, I hope it's not normalized like it is in my little circle :)
