Help me build a pc for 85k-1lakh?

I am looking to upgrade from my old laptop. This is my first time building a pc so please guide me.

My budget is 85k -1lakh...Can spend maybe a little more if there is some significant upgrade i'll miss

My old laptop specs-

i5 12th gen processor

16gb Ram

RTX 3050ti 4gb

1TB SSD

Use case- video editing and gaming (valorant mostly)

My old laptop is more than enough for my use case, never had an issue.

I already have a monitor (1440p ,180hz), keyboard and mouse.

Looking for 32gb ram, if possible.

Also, please let me know if this is the right time or not. I have heard the prices have increased.
