just realized i talk to myself out loud living alone am i the only one

living by myself for about 2 years now and yesterday i caught myself saying "okay where did i put my keys" out loud while looking for them. then i answered myself "check the couch" like someone was responding. just froze and laughed at how weird that is.

before living alone i never talked to myself like that. now its everything even with cooking, getting ready, even arguing with myself about what to watch. is this normal or am i slowly going crazy from no human interaction. for those who live alone do you talk to yourself too or is it just me
