I am tired of existing as an adult

I am almost 25 and I am just tired of waking up every day to exist. From the outside I have a pretty good life, work in research, get paid reasonably well, go to the gym, have hobbies, amazing close friends and a loving family, live on my own... but on the inside I want to stop existing. Not that I would do anything to myself, but I feel constantly confused about everything, trying to understand how to navigate my future plans and not coming up with any solutions or a logical plan.

I feel like I just keep waking up every day to exist and try to take care of this human body that I was given, but I am just so damn tired, I don't have the energy for this anymore. I know many people feel like this, but really? What the hell am I doing in this world? Just gonna keep waking up every day for work, wait for a Friday every week, wait for a vacation every year until I retire? Honestly falling asleep for like half a year sounds so lovely.

(Yes, I do have mental health problems, they are being taken care of in therapy. I am doing a lot better than I used to a few years ago, but when I crash into a wall for what feels like a 1000th time, I don't have energy for it anymore)
