Good blastocyst quality but repeated implantation failure. Anyone else?
I am 33 and have gone through 3 embryo transfers so far. All embryos were blastocysts, 2 were graded 4AA and 1 was 4AB. My lining was consistently between 8.5-10 mm before transfer and hormone levels were considered appropriate by my clinic.
Despite this, none of the transfers implanted. I have had hysteroscopy, thrombophilia testing, thyroid testing and basic immune workup which were all normal. My AMH is 2.4 and I do not have male factor infertility.
I am struggling to understand where to investigate next. Did anyone here have repeated implantation failure despite good quality embryos and normal testing? Was there a specific issue that was eventually identified or was it more a case of changing protocol and trying again?
