White Layer when i turn on HDR

Whenever I enable HDR in the game, I get this white overlay that ruins the image. I’ve tried just about everything—I’ve switched DisplayPort cables, turned HDR off and on again in Steam, turned HDR off and on again in the system settings—nothing works. It only works in Cyberpunk 2077 if I select HDR sRGB instead of PQ. If I turn HDR off in the game but the monitor is in HDR mode, then it’s just SDR content that gets enhanced, right? Which is a real shame because if I’m investing in an OLED, I want real HDR. If anyone has a simple solution, please let me know—I’m really at a loss.
