Baptismal Certificate

My family and I are currently undergoing catechesis at our local parish. I found out that my mom (who is from Romania) was baptized as a small child in the Romanian Orthodox Church. I have an idea of where the parish is but it’s in a village, and my mom’s side of the family converted to Pentecostalism (which is for some reason quite common in Romania). She doesn’t have a baptismal certificate to prove that she was baptized, I’m not sure where to start asking to obtain it. My family and I are looking to Lord willing be received soon, and would love for my mother to be reconciled to the church. We live in the USA, traveling to Romania would be difficult for us.
