a reminder to trust God, he will never abandon you

i was facing some difficult challenges that made me question my faith in God, and for that, i was wrong.

last saturday evening, i reached a point where i was considering entering sex work just to pay my school fees. i felt like i had run out of options. the next morning, i attended the first mass, and during his homily, the priest said, “surrender everything to God, and God will take care of you.”

at that time, i had already lost hope that i would be able to continue my studies this school year. but God worked through two amazing good samaritans who gave me hope when i needed it most.

because of their kindness, my school fees have been paid, and i can finally continue my studies and, hopefully, graduate next year. ✊🏻

God, i am truly sorry for ever doubting you and the goodness of your people.

i won’t mention who these kind-hearted individuals are because i don’t want them to become targets of scammers or people who may take advantage of their generosity. but they know who they are. 🥹

may God continue to bless them abundantly, and may all of us receive His blessings as well. my heart is full of gratitude, and i will never forget this kindness.

and i pray that God will bless my pocket in the future too, so that one day i can be a blessing to others just as these people have been a blessing to me.
