Allegedly, a member of the investigation committee investigating the complaint against Judge Eleanor Ross, took a "sofa cushion" from Judge Ross' office for testing - to identify a "stain" on the cushion. Some people considered this disgusting and felt sorry for the person who had to do this -- and they said that if a judge's office has to be checked for male "secretions", it's time for that judge to either voluntarily step down or be forcibly removed from the bench.

"Judge Eleanor Ross needs to step her nasty behind down from the judicial bench.

She's having sex in her office with a married man (allegedly APD Deputy Chief Kelley Collier), doesn't care if anyone hears her -- then initially tries to throw her law clerk under the bus by calling them a liar -- but once Ross heard about the investigation and the sofa cushion, she does a 180 and speaks through her lawyer that she did it. How in the hell is someone this "nasty" and with no sense or integrity allowed to stay on the bench and judge other cases? And her actions warranted more than just a private reprimand - that tells me that a lot of deviant sexual behavior must be going on at that courthouse."

It was also very stupid for Judge Ross to attend DA Fani Willis' campaign event -- because during that time, there were a lot of accusations, allegations, and appeals going on with the YSL trial and Election Interference case - and it was a good chance that some of those issues would've gone through Judge Ross' court. And she's been a judge long enough to know that -- and that's why her ruling on cases during that timeframe (and the time period of her affair) need to be reviewed."
