IT Job vs Govt Job

I'm 23M CSE 2025 passed out, I got placed through an off campus drive in one of the top service based companies right after graduation and have been working from last one year, my in hand salary per month is 26k. Things were good at the beginning but now it's vice versa. First 9 months I was put in testing team but suddenly before 2 months they've put me in development team, I'm new to the development but somehow I used to ask teammates for help and complete the work assigned to me as they've assigned me simple development tasks in the beginning but sprint by sprint things are becoming worse, they're no more considering me as a newbie, they're assigning me very complex things to develop that too with strict deadlines, I'm being assigned with work same as 5+ year experienced employee and expectations are very high, I told manager I'm still learning and I need some time to be assigned with complex development tasks or I need more time to develop if they want me to develop now itself but no use. I'm not getting proper sleep due to the work pressure, strict deadlines and limited knowledge( still learning). I'm also working for nearly 12 hours everyday. After all these things I've lost all my interest in this corporate culture, pressure...etc I am looking for alternatives in order to escape extreme pressure and corporate work culture, so I'm planning to prepare for govt job competitive exams during weekends and everyday for 4 hours before I start my work so that even if it takes time one day I can come out of this permanently , **please give your valuable suggestions** I'm also scared of these layoffs...etc
