What phone should I get?

I am a student (in computer science) and I've been wanting to buy a phone for quite some time now, what I am looking for is mostly a combination of camera, performance and software with atleast 256gb storage preferably 512gb, and I also will use this device for 3 to 4 years, I currently use a realme X7 max 8gb 128gb variant so anything is an upgrade at this point. The budget is from ₹50k to ₹80k. I mainly want a Samsung, Vivo, Xiaomi, Oneplus or an iPhone.

Please help me, I will most likely buy this device around September (in India major sale period).
