Payoneer in Tunisia problem

Hello everyone, i'm a Tunisian girl , i work on Fiverr as a freelancer . I have got paid by the platform and directly sent on Payoneer which is linked to my Tunisian bank account. I couldn't get the money because of the Tunisian bank central regulations. So I'm wondering if there is another way to get out the rest of my money out of Payoneer without withdrawal? (The currency is USD) . Thank you
