Ok so I wanted to share opinion on this. I am not someone who do lot of testing when a new character comes, but here was different. Cause his build didn't seem straight up obvious. I was hype about him of course and missed playing Acheron in hardest content.

No S1. Tried him mostly with Cipher LC and others

Ok so I tried him mostly with Archeron+ Jiaoqui, then either Gallagher, luoucha, or Hyacine. And he felt good but not insane, but big BUT I still have not farm new set, I'm sure it will be much better with new set. Run him with eagle and 2+2 SPD. Ornements vonwak or lukacha are better than bone imo. Energy is important on him, it feel like shit when you can't ULT specially w Acheron. Maybe it's different with his S1 but without definitely the 0,5 er is huge deal.

For relics I honestly don't understand why so much hype for eagle unless I missed something, his is nerfed and with new set is just better. Sure you can put new set on other characters but I already build my Jiaoqui SW and cie and those do way less dmg than blade so new set will not be big improvement on them, maybe expect cipher since she do dmg but I don't have cipher, but again even then Cipher prefer spd more in general

For sustain Ghallagar ultra SPD was good but someone die sometimes, dh S1 was ok but kinda cringe in long fights, Huacine is good enough but i won't use her there she need to skill also I rather put her with Castorice or this one will really feel shitty and weak lol, honestly my favorite was Luoucha personally, very confy no one dies, unfortunately he gives no buffs but he was the most confy to use, just na all day and no one die, I hope he got novaflare so he can buff the team.

Anyway, can't wait to have good build on Red Bladie with new set. I think I'll go that with lukacha ornements with Cipher LC. But also I say Jiaquo feel like so shit like so really hoping he got buffs soon, and even Acheron is not that insane anymore compare to newest characters, I have a crazy Acheron build the best in my account (WTF by GitHub) but honestly the dmg should be better considering all the buffs, but at least she better now, but she definitely need a serious nova flare.

So that's my thoughts thanks 🙏 ⚔️
