Anyone taken a woodworking class?

I started upcycling furniture during lockdown and want to learn to start making it. I've had mixed experiences with classes/groups that focus on areas that are/considered male-dominated, so really hoping for recommendations.

Don't suppose anyone has any guidance/insight?
