I’m trying to reach FIFA support. Has anyone been able to reach a live agent?

I called the US customer support number and was prompted by the automated response to press 4 to speak to a live agent. But instead, I was forwarded to another automated system with no option to speak to a live agent. When I press 0 it just returns to main menu or the call ends. Has anyone been able to reach a live agent? Is there any alternate number anyone can recommend? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
