Sienna platinum with a lift?

I am thinking about purchasing a used (2024) Sienna platinum. The previous owner had a lift installed (through Toyota) to make it outfitted similar to the woodland edition with an extra inch or so of clearance. It’s gold certified and I’m buying from a well respected Toyota dealership.

But… could the list eventually affect resale value? Would it affect gas mileage? It does make the wheel wells look just slightly awkward. Is this just a totally unique find to have all the features of a platinum but with the extra clearance of a woodland?
