please help whit my acc

it started whit me today wanting to play genshin impact after like a month or more and i tryed all my emails and only one worked to some account i dont know if its a old acc of mine or if they reseted my progress because i was in liyue on my main acc i had like 10 charcaters and discovered a lot of the map like sumeru natlan and thing like that but when i loged in whit the only email that worked i was in liyue but had only the 4 starter characters and discovered like 60%of liyue and like 90% of mondstat but nothing else can anyone help me whit somehow getting my acc back or if it is the acc recover my data? please
