CCTV with Audio Recording on Food Establishments in Naga City

Hi! I have observed some food establishments/restaurant in Naga City who have CCTV with audio recordings. Is this legal? I am really curious with others people’s thoughts on it, I feel uncomfortable about it or maybe this is just me 😬
