Electrolysis after laser

This is more of a this is my situation and rant than anything else. Any tips or recommendations on what to do would be appreciated.

I am a female. I did laser hair removal on my full body and face with over 20 sessions. Arguably a waste of a lot of money as I did not see good results despite having so many sessions. Some areas are better than others. I am very very hairy, I have PCOS with slightly raised androgen levels to the point the doctor said we do not need to do anything about it. My face had a lot of hair, I would say it saw a 30% reduction maybe - it worked well in the middle of my brows and my forehead for some reason even though the hairs were very fine. My neck saw a 25% reduction. My back and bum maybe saw 10% reduction. My thighs maybe 20%. My lower legs already had a really good reduction from at home IPL I used to use prior to laser so that saw 90% reduction if you include both the IPL and laser results together. My stomach maybe 25%. It is hard to say because I hated my body and hair so much that I did not take any before photos but every single part of my body was filled with hair.

I want to / will have to move on to electrolysis. I know it will be very expensive so I would start with my neck and face as they are the most concerning areas.

I want to also do the hard to reach areas such as my back and bum and maybe the back of my legs too. I would be happy even with patchiness on my back as it is already very fine but with good lighting or even day light you can tell. With these areas, I would not mind having patchiness to be honest.

I would ideally want to do everywhere but of course it is very expensive and starting with my priorities would be better.

I feel very uncomfortable in my own skin and I am afraid to ever show my naked body to anyone due to the vast amount of hair that is on it everywhere.

I am looking into consultations and atarting electrolysis once I find a good enough electroligist. I would maybe start on my neck to see if there any reactions and whether it was suitable and after a few sessions do my face too. I currently have at least £5,000 in savings and I am wondering if this would be enough to initially start and how many treatments this would provide. I believe it is around £100 per hour or something, I am unsure exactly so maybe 50 hours is how much I could do at the moment. I am Manchester-based.
