I’m a complete noob

I downloaded war thunder 2 days ago and have about 17 hours of gameplay, started with USA but switched to Sweden for faster progression, I only play air modes, I have a few questions, when I shoot someone with universal, air target, armored target or tracer, no matter what type of bullet I feel like I do no damage, when people shoot me even in a bomber they can slice my wings clean off but I can even make kill them when I’ve been shooting and circling for 5 minutes, also some players just shoot way to fast, i don’t know if it’s tracer bullets but it looks like a stream of bullets, and some bullets are green when enemies shoot them, also is there a good way to aim consistently in realistic battles? I can land a single shot but enemies have aim it and spray me down in 10 seconds
