ERROR 0X80600008 INTO A PERMA BAN?

i have had the game 3 days before launch by purchasing premium edition.
i have 230 hours logged onto the game, 3 days ago i started getting this error message and would not let me connect to Horizon Life. i went through all the hoops even ended up reinstalling windows on my pc to see if that would work but it did not. i ended up emailing forza and got a response back stating i was banned for cheating or glitching. now mind you i have grinded for 230 hours not cheated one single bit. 230 hours is a long time already so i dont understand the email. now from my understanding if your device banned and cant play online i should not have access to the auction, leaderboards, liveries, tunes but i do. however i just can not connect online to join races or lobbies even though i can even join convoys. i looked up the error code and it has something to do with the game not being able to sync and all i do is cloud gaming so i am assuming that is the problem but to get a perma ban for it is insane. please help me get this to go viral because it does not make sense to get banned for enjoying a game you love.
