Please help degen my old favorites Pako and Haldan in Bracket 4

I've been playing this deck for years. It started out as a budget landfall deck and slowly evolved into its current iteration. The main plan is to chain extra turns and win via commander damage. Alternative win conditions include the Underworld Breach combo and Isochron Scepter loops. While I've always had a lot of fun and success with this deck, recently something has felt a bit off.
