What do you do in a day as an OT?

Hello! I'm an incoming grade 12 student looking at career opportunities. I've always avoided anything medical related as I didn't want to do all those years of med school and I don't think the workload is for me. After finding out about occupational therapists I'm intrigued to learn more. I've done some research but I'm still confused on what exactly do you do in this job? Thanks in advance for any help!
