Declaration/Affidavit of Financial Support

Hi! I'm not sure if this is the right sub for this question, but I'd like to apply for a student visa for Hungary and I'll be providing financial documents from my parent. So, I'll need to prepare the declaration to submit alongside them, could anyone guide me on what must be mentioned and how the declaration should be formatted? Is there a list of guidelines or a template I could follow?
