Season pass objectives blocked...

Hey guys so...i started playing UT and i can't get the season pass objectives. They don't load when I go to that page and it gives me an error message.

On the companion app the whole fc26 hub is locked so no objectives at all in there.

I started playing fc26 in career mode and it always showed that my progress wouldn't count for fc hub so I guess that's weird too.

I'm on XBOX ONE and getting desperate, I'm probably already on level 15 of the season pass and no rewards at all. I anyone can help me that would be great!
