I’m starting to think my friends don’t actually like me, and I don’t know what I should do
For the last year, I've noticed a pattern Maybe I’m crazy but great me out..
Whenever plans get made, I'm usually the last person to hear about them. Sometimes I find out from social media after they've already happened. If I suggest doing something, everyone is "busy," but then I see the same people hanging out together a few days later.
The confusing part is that whenever I bring it up, they act completely normal. They'll text me, send memes, and tell me they care about me. So I can't tell if I'm imagining things or if they're slowly trying to phase me out without actually saying it.
A few days ago, one of them accidentally sent a screenshot to the group chat that showed another chat with everyone except me. They immediately deleted it and said it was for planning a surprise birthday thing, but my birthday isn't for months. wtf
Part of me wants to directly ask if they still want me around. Another part thinks that if I have to ask, I already know the answer.
Would you confront them, distance yourself, or like just wait and see what happens??
