Angel numbers are so annoying, please help me ya'll :(

Actually i'm suffering from cptsd (complex- post traumatic stress disorder), and i've been seeing angel numbers alot. I've gone through alot of shitty relationships and still is suffering due to bad relations with my friends. I've been so traumatised that, now when i'm finally in a healthy relationship (he loves me sm like, he kisses my feets everyday and ressures me like a baby to heal my disorder). But whenever i see angel numbers on my phone, its either suddenly some bad thoughts poops up or i only saw them while overthinking. This stresses me coz someone once said "angel numbers indicates whatever you're thinkin is true." plus it sometimes shows up when i see word "cheating". This is so tiring like who am i suppose to go and tell my bf, that "i saw angel number and i had a bad thought about you?" I mean he's a human too, i just cant blame him but im tired of this. Please help me☹️
