Should I do bca from a tier 3-4 uni or do it through online uni like manipal or amity?

my_qualifications: I just got done with 12th grade this year, I had pcb and ip as my subjects.

The placement situation in those tier 3-4 uni aren't that great as well, so I'm not sure if it'd be worth spending all that money for nothing when I can do the same for less. Also I'm planning to do mca as well from a tier 2 college hopefully.

I was wondering if I'm making the right choice? I could really use some advice rn!
