Should I spend the extra 700 for the ultra 7 over the ultra 5 for 13 pro

I have looked at two or built options for the 13 pro. This will be my first frame work. The ultra 7 has 32gb of ram 1tb. The ultra 5 has 16gb of ram and 512 and is 700 ish less. Should I spend the extra 700. I may play some games but have a steam deck and gaming PC with 9070 xt. I just want to replace my surface laptop 7 with a Linux machine for daily computing.
