SmartPPS Lite issue

So it all worked fine until I logged off today and suddenly I cant hear or talk in the camera anymore. Its either telling me "Failed to enable talk. Sound is not enabled on local PC" or some orther things. I checked mic privacy settings and the app isnt even there. It worked fine a few hours ago and suddenly stopped.
