Footwear recommendations

hello everyone,

aging punk here. somewhere between the “you can pry my vans out of my shriveled dead hands“ stage and “holy shit how do you whippersnappers wear this stuff”.

is there a more supportive skate shoe/ slip on/ ?? or an insole you’ve found that works well in your skate shoes? i love my vans but they are just so so flat and the pain is intense after a couple hours of wear.

i need more arch support before my feet revolt.
