Need some advice regarding a capstone project mentor.

One professor has already agreed to mentor our team. There is another professor in the same domain who also seems like a good fit for our project, but she may or may not accept us.

Assuming both professors are equally good, would you stick with the professor who has already agreed, or would you explore the other option first?
